   Thanks everyone this has been an interesting learning experience for me.  I do have Kefir and we LOVE IT!  I am constantly sending grains with people and telling them about it.  But I thought this might be nice to get a big batch for a hot summer day.  Thanks again, now off to find my dehydrator manual??? Misty
